Your coach offers encouragement, motivation, guidance and support in regular calls — answering questions and providing advice via secure in-app chat.  Don’t be surprised to feel some ‘tough love’ when coach feels you need it.

Your coach helps you set realistic goals and achieve measured results.  You’ll start with small easy to achieve goals  — the challenge will increase weekly to match your growing ability to succeed.

Visualisation techniques encourage you to practice regular mindful reflection to maintain motivation and success.

You set the pace. Lasting change takes time.  Review your goals and the speed of your transformation with your coach every month.
